Sunitha Anand is the Founder and Managing Partner of AddsVal CPAs & Advisory, bringing nearly two decades of experience across Big Four public accounting, corporate finance leadership, and entrepreneurship. She began her career at PwC and later held senior roles at Sattell, Johnson & Appel (now Wipfli) and Grant Thornton.
Founded in 2023, AddsVal has expanded through strategic acquisitions, offering 50+ years of combined tax expertise. As a Certified Tax Coach (CTC), Sunitha is passionate about helping clients legally minimize taxes and optimize business structures.
Outside of her professional work, Sunitha enjoys spending time with her family. A trained classical vocalist and dancer, she brings discipline, creativity, and balance to her leadership style.
Anand Krishnamurthy leads Advisory Services at AddsVal CPAs & Advisory, overseeing Fractional CFO, FP&A, and Tax Planning practices. With 25+ years of global finance leadership, he most recently served as CFO – Global Services at Juniper Networks.
Anand is known for translating complex financial data into actionable insight and leading finance transformation initiatives. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant from India.
Ann Antonson is a certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience in taxation. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, Ann worked for Deloitte in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Orange County, specializing in the taxation of real estate investors and developers.
She then worked for Bolar, Hirsch and Jennings in Irvine before moving with her family to the Bay Area in 1997. Ann loves to travel, run, ski, read, and spend time with her family.
Rachel Chiu is a certified public accountant with over 10 years of experience in taxation, bookkeeping, and payroll. After graduating from Cleveland State University with a Master of Accountancy, Rachel worked for Timothy P. Laskey, CPA, focusing on individual tax return preparation.
She joined Timothy F. Brophy, CPA, in 2013, expanding her expertise to corporate taxation and QuickBooks Online. Rachel loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Madeline Parada (Maddy) is a Tax Associate who grew up in Northern California. She attended Hunter College in New York City and relocated to the Bay Area in 2010. She began working for Timothy F. Brophy, CPA in 2016 and has since completed her certificate as a tax preparer with Universal Accounting Services.
Maddy enjoys life in Oakley with her husband Shae and two wonderful boys. She also enjoys sewing, travel, gardening, and looks forward to furthering her accounting education.
Anjalee Bangar is an Accounting & Tax Associate at AddsVal CPAs & Advisory. Raised in Pittsburg, California, she graduated in 2025 with a degree in Business Accountancy from Sacramento State University. While in school she volunteered with Tax-Aid and has since earned her QuickBooks certification.
As a recent addition to the firm, Anjalee supports scheduling, document management, bookkeeping, and day-to-day office operations. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, crocheting, trying new restaurants, and exploring the city.
Divyesh Anand serves as a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator and Associate – Accounting & Tax at AddsVal CPAs & Advisory. In his CSR role, he works directly with nonprofit organizations supported by AddsVal, helping coordinate community initiatives and strengthen charitable partnerships.
As an Accounting & Tax Associate, Divyesh supports business and individual clients through tax returns, QuickBooks reconciliations, and monthly close processes. Outside of work, he is a Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks fan who enjoys playing basketball.
Neeloo Brown is the Office Operations Manager at AddsVal CPAs & Advisory, where she oversees the firm's day-to-day operations and internal processes. She brings experience from professional services and private equity environments and is a graduate of San Francisco State University.
Outside of work, Neeloo enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and traveling.
